As part of the Learning Talent Management (HR) division, the Payroll department processes all Payroll related data for local employees for several countries including Ireland, Turkey, Russia, Israel, as well as undertaking accounting procedures such as reconciliations and ad hoc project work.  Working within a team of administrators under the supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, the incumbent of this role will assist the administrators with:  All aspects of input and checking of payroll information to achieve timely and accurate payments for employees Dealing with client (both internal and external) queries in a timely, efficient and courteous fashionAssisting the Payroll Supervisor in process and policy developmentBeing able to recognise problems and work towards identifying solutionsDeveloping an understanding of current statutory and legislative issuesPerforming ad hoc duties as assigned by the Payroll Supervisor  The ideal candidate will:  Possess good listening, communication and written skillsUnderstand the impact of their role and commitment to the Bank, department and teamPossess networking, influencing and persuading skillsHave good PC skillsHave good Excel skills Have Oracle Payroll experience - desirable but not essential The department is looking for a bright, friendly and enthusiastic administrator on the International Payroll who is keen to support the Payroll Supervisor and other administrators in the execution of the monthly and year end Payroll process. A discreet and responsible individual is required as information dealt with is confidential and highly sensitive. A flexible self-starter who is team-oriented is essential.
