We are currently recruiting for an experienced, security cleared Senior Payroll Analyst to work for this large worldwide organisation with offices in Bristol. Due to a large Tupe restructure you will be required to analyse the HR and pay policy and produce clear pay instructions. You will review rules and guidance documents to assess which apply presently and in the future along with writing clear instructions with trigger points to be used by managers, payroll employees and HR. Having worked within a payroll environment you will be required to brief and train function staff along with being the subject matter expert for pay policies and also have excellent excel skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known organisation. The role is expected to last up to 6 months.
