Cobham Mission Systems are looking a Senior HR Administrator to take ownership of the HR systems, processes and policies used by the Cobham Mission Systems (CMS) HR team, as part of a team restructure, ensuring we are in line with legal and audit compliance checks. The position is based in Wimborne, DorsetAs a Senior HR Administrator your skills and qualifications will ideally include:Experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume and complex HR environmentSignificant experience of managing upwards Senior Stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities.Significant experience of managing expectations of HR Business Partners - supporting, guiding and knowing when to push back.Experience as a first POC for HR challenges/queries.Professional secretarial or administrative qualificationAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsIT literate, including experience of using all Microsoft Office programs in a working environment (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)A Level qualifications (or equivalent) and/or a degree are desirable but not essential Excellent attention to detail and accuracyMust demonstrate integrity, confidentiality and professionalism at all timesMust be highly organized and able to work with people at all levels within the business.Must be able to use initiative to identify improvements and streamline processesMust be proactive and a self-starter (ie. able to generate, prioritize and manage their own workload with minimal supervision)Detail-oriented and very strong organisational skills; the ability to manage a diverse workload and priorities, prioritise tasks and plan work loadAs a Senior HR Administrator your main responsibilities will involve:To own, manage and be accountable for the administrative processes and systems used by the CMS HR team. To be responsible for the development of agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards, ensuring that these are implemented and adhered to whilst streamlining all internal HR processes and workflowsTo be the first point of contact for all HR queries and to manage and re-direct any queries, staff drop-ins or telephone calls via the HR inbox, focusing on a customer service approach. To drive the Continuous Improvement of HR Admin policies, procedures, documentation and processes to ensure consistency and compliance to legal requirements, updated annually, and avoid duplication.To ensure HR metrics are produced to a high standard, using excel tools (such as Pivot tables) to produce comprehensive reports with visual graphics and an analysis narrative.About Cobham Mission SystemsThe most capable critical control solutions for extreme environments.As the world's leading supplier of critical control solutions, we help our customers to increase the safety and mission capabilities of their personnel and equipment in extreme environments.
