A new opportunity working for a leading international blue-chip business based in London has arisen for an experienced Reward Consultant who has particular skills in providing support to Compensation, Benefits and Payroll areas of the business. The position will also provide technical and analytical support on a wide range of Reward projects.To be considered you should have experience of managing external data providers, developing reward frameworks and supporting annual pay reviews and group bonus programs. In addition, you should also have experience in maintaining and developing employment costing models, managing supplier relations and managing wider benefits responsibilities such as annual insurance renewals and medical as well as developing, reviewing and changing existing benefit programs. Finally there is a responsibility in this position to support the UK and EMEA payroll operation.
