A leading organisation based in Nottinghamshire has a requirement for a Reward Analyst to cover maternity for a period of 10 months.
With a minimum of 3-5 years Reward Analyst experience candidates must have previously managed benefit providers and you will be expected to hit the ground running.
Also you will manage the annual salary review process and monitor statutory updates related to reward. Another responsibility will be to improve systems reporting and departmental KPIs.
Project Management experience as well as technical knowledge is key to this role.
