JOB PURPOSE
To provide an efficient administration service for all recruitment and training needs. The role will look after all administration for Permanent Recruitment for STC, CaTC and MTC. Graduate Recruitment, Summer Placements, Apprentices, work experience and training.
Responsibilities include:
Administration for all aspects of the recruitment cycle including organising interviews, candidate management etc.
Organising the Graduate Assessment Days.
Organising the Apprentice Assessment Days.
Diary management for all people involved with these days.
Upkeep of records for all events that are run by the department.
Coordinating soft skills external training and some new starter training including H&S training.
Coordinating all apprentices training, including liaising with external providers.
Organise and co-ordinate Ricardo UK training curriculum for all grades.
Manage all aspects of work experience students.
Qualification required
Ideally a CIPD or Recruitment qualification
Professional and Personal Experience
You should have proven office experience, working in a busy administrative role ideally within a recruitment or HR environment. With the confidence to work with numbers and data, you will be an effective communicator with excellent IT skills and possess an aptitude for setting up and maintaining systems.
As well as supporting the team there will be a chance to take responsibility your own areas of work such as providing regular reports and contributing to the development of the team's workload. This may involve working using your own initiative and experience.
The role may develop into assisting with the recruitment of permanent members of staff and graduates. This will involve being able to carry out interviews both on the telephone and face to face.
