Overall job purpose Support the operational Auto-Enrolment Managed Team. To work within Auto Enrolment Managed Service providing effective delivery of service, organising and scheduling own work appropriately to meet deadlines. To ensure that effective and professional relationships are developed with your colleagues and clients. To perform all duties in accordance with the company Health & Safety and Quality policy procedures To perform ad hoc tasks as required in order to maximise the contribution to Moorepay goals and objectives Main responsibilities To process the Auto Enrolment pension requirements of the client To resolve issues between the internal/external services to ensure correct contributions Ability to interrogate/manipulate excel spreadsheets Awareness of fundamentals of payroll and pensions Maintain communication with client and other service departments Monitor emails, requests, issues, and complaints prior to escalation Update excel spreadsheets for new clients / complaints / processing Identifying and reporting billing opportunities (ie postage/letters) Produce bespoke template letters for clients Complete set up of new client in auto enrolment software Use of Auto Enrolment / internal / external software systems Third party contact /relationship building / problem solving Extract and save relevant payroll files for audit purposes Generate relevant Auto Enrolment reports for audit purposes Produce relevant Auto Enrolment letters as required Ability to communicate with all levels of staff/management / external bodies Able to adapt to legislation changes and software updates Confidence to negotiate different Pension provider websites Able to hold a comprehensive dialogue with pension providers / clients / internal colleagues in regard to Auto Enrolment requirements and processes Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and KPI’s Adhere to Data Protection requirements Manage own portfolio of clients Ability to work as a team and/or autonomously as required Ad hoc duties as required by the Auto Enrolment Manager Skills and qualifications required Essential Business Awareness Customer Care Training Client Focus Software Systems PC Literacy – Word, Excel Care and attention to detail Technical awareness Problem Solving skills Communication skills Numeracy Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Can build relationships A drive to learn and develop Desirable A working knowledge of the Outsourcing business Knowledge of Payroll/Auto-Enrolment Payroll or Pensions Knowledge About Us Founded in 1966, Moorepay is one of the UK’s leading payroll, HR and compliance providers.
