This is an opportunity for a candidate with excellent general Payroll knowledge to join a busy and lively expanding company based in Brentford. You will need at least 2 years commercial experience in all areas of Payroll, however, do not need to be of a senior level.
The role will involve all aspects of general Payroll including starters, leavers, p45, p60, SMP SSP SPP etc. and dealing with any Payroll queries that may arise.
Good level of IT literacy; familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems Microsoft Office skills - word, excel etc Ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to make educated decisions Strong attention to detail Numerate and accurate Excellent communicator - must be able to explain complex issues simply Customer focused with a service orientated approach Resourceful and self-sufficient as well as a team player
