Joining an award winner and market leader in the travel technology sector, you will bring your specialist payroll experience (exposure to ADP) would be an advantage) and intermediate working knowledge of Excel. You will be self motivated, with excellent attention to detail. You will also have GL experience (journal input and account reconciliation). Ideally you will be AAT qualified, have working knowledge of Oracle and have held responsibility across EMEA. You will assist in the administration of monthly payroll for the EMEA region (multiple payrolls, c1000 employees) ensuring the payroll is managed in accordance with current legislation as issued by UK and local tax and accounting authorities. Amongst other duties, you ensure all records are stored and adequately maintained for the required period of time. Additionally you will provide monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all nominal ledgers for all payroll related accounts and costs, including the payroll control account, tax accounts, corporate and management bonuses and confidential accruals. Joining a global business in the travel technology sector you will be looking for a role that joins a dedicated team at a busy time. This role will start asap, ideally before the end of August.
