To be successful as a payroll projects consultant or business analyst you will ideally:

• Be experienced in a payroll environment using payroll software as part of you work.
• Have solid working knowledge of UK payroll  processing and ideally working knowledge of other main EMEA payroll processing requirements
• Able to work to agreed schedules and deadlines as part of a team.
• Be commercially savvy and knowledgeable about how businesses operate.
• Act as the client's point of contact for pay roll queries with your defined project area.
• Be knowledgeable about UK or European payroll legislation, payroll rules and processing.
• Have a flexible approach to working hours.
• Be able to use Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.
• Have a working knowledge of ISO and other quality processes.
• Be focused and have experience with payroll applications and systems, support and maintenance.
• Have a passion for detail and customer service.
