Joining an award winning market leader in the travel technology sector, you will be a hands on Payroll Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to manage the EMEA payroll function. You will be responsible for a small team of payroll specialists.
You will have been exposed to managing multiple payrolls - ideally across EMEA - handling queries at all levels of complexity and with staff across the organisation. You will have managed the relationship with a payroll bureau (in this instance the relationship is with ADP). You will have the gravitas to ensure you get the information you need as well as providing and effective service to the business.
You will be looking for a role that combines broader project work and process improvement initiatives, as well as hands on number crunching and payroll support.
You will bring your Excel skills (including Pivot tables and V look up) and ideally exposure to Oracle.
