Our client a leader within it's field are seeking a Payroll Manager to come in and join them on a permanent basis. The main focus of the role: To manage and support the payroll team at both central and site level in providing and facilitating a client focused efficient, accurate payroll service.To ensure the accurate and timely payment of all employees, workers and pensioners salary.To assist in project activity to deliver a successful second stage implementation of i-Trent via a phased roll out programme.To maintain the payroll timetable and ensure that all tasks are planned and completed within the required timeframe.      To ensure all payroll procedures are documented and adhered to and that where relevant these are communicated to other stakeholders. To recruit and train and develop staff as required, ensuring they are able to carry out their duties accurately and efficientlyPerform staff appraisals and give feedback to the team regularly.To maintain and monitor the quality of the services delivered by the payroll department.To act as an advocate for and demonstrate customer focused service deliveryOther ad hoc duties as directed by line management and Senior Management This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Payroll Manager that can come in, hit the ground running and have a huge impact on the organisation.
