Payroll job with a difference!!

Payroll Manager / Payroll Administrator / Payroll Clerk / Payroll Supervisor / Payroll Officer required for payroll software provider in Leeds.

Ideal opportunity to get out of an office environment and join the dynamic world of IT as a Payroll Product Consultant. Please note, this is not a technical role and you will be trained in all aspects of the payroll software.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

As Payroll Manager, Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, Payroll Administrator you will need:

- Min 1 years payroll processing (end to end)
- Consultative style approach / inquisitive nature with ability to ask questions and challenge
- Up to date knowledge of SSP, SMP, and payroll legislation
- Knowledge of BACS payments, Tax, NI, P45's, P46's, P60's and general ledger
- problem solving/working on a support desk
- First class written and spoken communication skills
- PC literate in MS Office, Outlook etc
- Willingness to travel to client sites throughout the UK including some overnight stays
- Clean driving licence

DESCRIPTION:

This position involves working as part of a team to train and support clients on all aspects of payroll software. You must be a good team player but also be able to work on your own initiative building up and maintaining good relationships with the client base.
