One of Europe's Largest Employment Agency are looking for 2 Payroll Administrator based in their London West End office.Key Responsibilities Summary Your key responsibility will be to provide a full payroll services to a portfolio of temporary contractors and support to their consultants. Responsibility for managing the payroll run (3 weekly payrolls per week) ensuring all control and exception reports are run and checked in accordance with procedure.Process and administer statutory payments including SMP, SSP, Student loans etcResolve all logged payroll queries pertaining to your portfolio in accordance with set SLA standards, always ensuring that your customers receive an exceptional service.Provide call support to take, log, and respond to incoming calls.Check your portfolio "of timesheet batches" to ensure they have all been processed correctly so as to maintain our high standard of accuracy.Process both pay and bill adjustments in accordance with our SLA targetsGenerate and analyse various payroll reports for managementCarry out adhoc payroll tasks as requested by managementRequired competencies /Skills Strong Limited Company knowledge essentialAt least 3 years payroll experience in a UK based payroll environment, - ideally in the recruitment industryExperience of the Tempest payroll system would be an advantageStrong interpersonal skills, customer service and good phone mannerHard working, and organised individual with a proven performance track recordOrganised individual able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesGood working knowledge of Microsoft office tools and OutlookAt least A Levels or equivalent

Required competencies /Skills


  • Strong Limited Company knowledge essential
  • At least 3 years payroll experience in a UK based payroll environment, - ideally in the recruitment industry
  • Experience of the Tempest payroll system would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer service and good phone manner
  • Hard working, and organised individual with a proven performance track record
  • Organised individual able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office tools and Outlook
  • At least A Levels or equivalent
