Large international organisation seeks Payroll Administrator to work with Payroll team leaders to assist in the payroll of 30,000 employees. This will involve providing advice andguidance to employees and line managers on payroll matters, support and advise others in team, provide advice to managers and employees on payroll matters, provide excellent levels of customer service. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required Knowledge of:1 Company, legislative and regulatory requirements underpinning departmental processes and procedures2 A range of office and IT systems appropriate to the job (Peoplesoft, Microsoft etc)3 Previous experience a wide range of payroll activities, which must include manual calculations4 Planning and prioritisation skills5 Good interpersonal 6 Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to7 Identify and resolve problems8 Identify process improvement9 Support change within the team to improve processes and systems Qualifications RequiredIPPM desirable
