We are looking for an experienced Payroll administrator who wants to work flexibly. The successful candidate will process our two monthly payrolls of over 400 staff, administer our two pension schemes and ensure all personnel data within payroll and time and attendance databases is accurate.  You must have experience of payroll including dealing with HRMC notices, SSP and SMP. The work includes importing data, running BACS, printing and distributing payslips, dealing with queries and processing reports.  You will be the main contact for ‘all things regarding pay' in the company so being approachable and having the ability to communicate with a wide range of staff is a must.    You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be numerate plus be able to work proactively, methodically and without supervision.  You will be required to work 14 hours over a week with a focus around the payroll dates.  This post would suit someone  who is happy to work flexibly.  There may be the opportunity to gain some HR experience if the successful candidate wished to.
