Badenoch & Clark are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll & Pensions Specialists at one of our leading Central Government clients based in London. This candidate will be reporting into the Project Manager and will lead the Payroll and Pensions Specialist will lead the development of key content to select a single provider of HR Transactional Services. Key Skills required: 1. Analysis of the organisations payroll and pensions administration processes and comparison to recommended better practice 2. Preparation of a gap analysis for discussion with Project Manager and Project SRO. Based upon the gap analysis, identify transition risks and mitigating actions 3. In consultation with the Requirements Specialist, preparation of a robust payroll and pensions administration ‘Statement of Requirements' for inclusion in the Invitation to Tender 4. Preparation of a documented set of Evaluation Criteria for the selection of the Single Transactions Provider, with all criteria to be independent of the organisations current service arrangements. 5. Support the delivery of key project deliver-ables, including the Strategic Business Case, Outline Business Case, Full Business Case, Invitation to Tender and Provider Selection Report We are looking to shortlist candidates over the next few days as the client is looking to interview in the first week of January 2010.
