Accurate data input skills are essential, together with knowledge and experience of using an integrated HR/Payroll system. The University uses Northgate's PSE integrated Payroll/HR software so prior knowledge of this would be highly desirable. CIPP Foundation or Diploma would be desirable, or evidence of further relevant study towards a professional qualification.
