We are currently recruiting for a leading UK Brand who have a requirement for an HR & Payroll Team Leader. The role will require candidates to have previous experience of supervising a monthly payroll; this is an outsourced payroll so experience of this would be ideal. In addition candidates will have previous experience of supervising a small team of payroll administrators. The role is in the shared service function and will require an understanding of the HR processes involved. if candidates are studying the IPP or CIPD this would be an advantage but is not essential. Experience of report writing would be highly advantageous.
