My client as an urgent requirement for a Payroll & HR Systems Manager to drive the technical and process performance for the Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance and costing systems.
Responsibilities include providing tier 2 support to HR and Payroll department end users, partnering with HR and Payroll resources to gather and document business requirements, providing technical, functional and process support for the HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance and costing solutions, managing the reporting strategy making sure that most effective reports are produced, liaising with key members of departments in order to establish an implementation strategy in relation to Payroll and HR, also managing a team of 3 administrators to make sure processes are followed and improvements implemented.
Essential elements for this role are that you must have proven project/programme management experience, extensive experience using HR Systems (preferably MidlandHR Trent) and Cognos report writing or similar experience.
