Due to rapid growth, my client a leading organisation has an urgent requirement for a Payroll & HR Manager to join their department based in Middlesex.
This role requires candidates who have previously processed a payroll from start to finish including all statutory payments and year-end. HR experience is essential for this position and if you possess the CIPD qualification or are working towards this, this will be highly advantageous. The client currently uses SAGE to process the payroll and if you have this experience this will be beneficial however not essential.
Management experience is not required for this post however as the company/department grows, you will eventually be managing a small team.
