A new learning and development manager position has arisen to take control of the development of all areas of this leading retail business from shop floor training through to Director Level.You would be responsible for shaping the strategic development of all training and people development operations.  You will  required to evaluate, monitor and ensure that each aspect of the existing L&D  training cycle meets the existing needs of the business.  This will involve writing, implementing, delivering and assessing training modules for distance, classroom and trainer training to support existing training material.  You would then be required to manage the results of these training modules against business KPI's.  Ideally you will possess the CTP, CIPD or similar/equivalent qualification and have previous experience in delivering commercially focused L&D training within a retail environment.
