A well known third sector institution are seeking an HR & Payroll Systems Manager who is deeply skilled in all aspects of iTrent systems management. You will be responsible for leading an HR Systems team, delivering and developing the iTrent solution for the company, creation of reports within Business Objects, delivery of training and improving processes and procedures. Previous knowledge of the use of iTrent systems management is essential, not only at an implementation level but also from an in-house systems development perspective. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

HR Process and Systems LeadAs part of a large scale HR Transformation and unification project the HR Process and Systems Lead will be responsible for establishing a process design framework to define the HR processes for a multinational Group. Responsibilities - • This role will act as a key bridge between the business and IT. • Formulating the business process with IT ensuring full end to end performance.• Establishing process design principles and a process framework.• Working across multiple work streams across HR.• Define the HR processes across multiple business streams. • Manage the requirements for processes and systems.• Lead the HR Process work stream, this will include User Testing and Process and Systems Training. • Train, coach and deliver new processes. • Bridge the relationships between Change Management and OD.• Lead on all system requests and governance.• Act as the key link between HR and IT.Requirements – • Demonstrable experience of SaaS for HR.• Experience of working in a consultancy environment as well as on the commercial side. • Experience of managing process development and strategy within complex matrix organisations.• In depth technical experience of top tier HCM software solutions e.g. Oracle, SuccesFactors or Workday. • Ability to rapidly develop strong partnerships within complex organisations. • Highly analytical and strategic outlook.
