My client has a requirement for a HR Manager to join their rapidly expanding financial organisation. This is an exciting position as you will play an instrumental role in the growth of the business.
You will be solely responsible for the HR department with one newly appointed HR Assistant.
A key requirement is that you must have a wide range of knowledge and experience within HR covering the following criteria: Employee Relations, Employment Law, Compensation/Benefits, Health & Safety, Organisation Development and Training and Development.
The company is not looking for an overtly corporate individual as they have a very relaxed environment. However it is key that you have a strong commercial background and the ability to garner the trust of individuals at every level in the business.
5 years HR experience as well as the CIPD qualification is another requirement that must be met.
