I am currently recruiting for a client based in North London who is seeking a HR Manager. Reporting to the Company Directors you will be responsible for all HR issues within the business, giving advice and guidance to management teams both at a strategic and operational level.
You must be CIPD qualified and will have working knowledge of employment legislation and the management and development of employee relations issues.
You will be overseeing the payroll and HR systems, new starter recruitment, employee benefits and also updating all HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation
