A new 6 month contract position has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a well known business based in East London.
This is a varied role that will involve you providing guidance and advice on a full range of HR activities in order to support an anticipated sale of the business
You will ideally be CIPD qualified and be able to demonstrate solid experience at a senior HR level, with particular skills and knowledge related to the areas of employment law and TUPE transfers.
SAP experience is also preferred as is experience with business sales or disposals from an HR perspective
Responsibilities would include collating date for the TUPE transfer process, assisting with the consultation process, implementing organisational change programmes, improving employee relations and provide an effective & efficient resourcing and development process to aid retention and meet manpower and skill requirements of the business
