A new 6 month contract position has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a well known business based in East London.This is a varied role that will involve you providing HR advice & guidance on a full range of HR activities to the UK as well as other support as required to the Group VP HR EMEA in relation to the wider Group For this position you should be  CIPD qualified and have a good knowledge of SAP coupled with experience in a professional HR environment at a senior management level.This position will require you to contribute to the formulation & implementation of HR policy, develop and implement organisational change programmes and enhance employee relations within the business.Responsibilities would also include working to provide an effective & efficient resourcing and development process to aid retention and meet manpower and skill requirements of the businessThere is a possibility of this contract being extended too, so if you are CIPD qualified and have the senior HR experience we are looking for this could be the opportunity for you!
