Due to the imminent promotion of the current incumbent, my client is looking for an HR Advisor to cover multi-site locations of their retail business across the Midlands , East and Southern England. You will be a progressive thinking HR professional with experience of either retail or a fast paced customer facing business. Your desire to learn and develop within the role is key, along with a flexible approach to the job, realising you may be starting early or leaving late to get to some of your client sites. IT is important you are able to build a rapport with the managers within your client group as you will be guiding and supporting them through issues such as Grievance, Attendance, Disciplinary and Succession Planning. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, although if you have the relevant experience or are part-qualified, we would still like to hear from you.
