A global retail brand based in Leicestershire is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to provide a comprehensive HR service to store operations.
The role requires particular skills in employee relations, such as managing contentious issues, dealing with lengthy and complex grievances, disciplinaries, litigation, redundancies etc
The position may also involve occasional UK travel to resolve store based HR issues
In addition to the above key focuses of the role, you will be required to provide advice and training to store operation teams, recruitment, appraisals, evaluate performance and take responsibility for a budget in excess of £100k
To be considered, you will ideally (but not essential) be CIPD qualified and have a proven track record in dealing with complex ER issues as well as have a proven track record of working within a fast paced, multi-sited retail environment
