A leading organisation currently has a requirement for a Part-Time HR Advisor to act as the first point of contact for all employees.
This is a generalist role that focuses on all aspects of employee relations whilst providing an advisory and administrative HR service to management and employees.
Hours of work is very flexible -22.5-30hrs a week can be split at you preference
Reporting to the HR Manager, you responsibilities will include delivering contracts of employment, offer letters, liaising with payroll, collating training needs, recruitment, administration re starter and leavers and HR reporting and stats.
Key requirements is that you must have experience of advisory work, be conversant in all aspects of Employment Law, attention to detail and excellent customer service experience.
CIPD qualification is preferred however not essential
Travelling will be required to the London office 1 day a week
