An exciting new position has arisen for an experienced HR/Personnel Manager to take control of personnel and training services for the business in order to improve service, increase sales, reduce wastage and develop employees. With the head office based in Cornwall, this position will involve UK wide travel to other offices around the UK (which will require at least 2 nights per week away from home).
This position will be involve evaluating employee turnover, hours of working, stability, recruitment, managing absence issues, managing occupational health, training ROI and induction training.
So if you have previous generalist HR or Personnel experience and the ability to coach managers in the management of people and the application of their business specific tasks then this could be the opportunity for you!
