A new 6 month contract position has arisen for an experienced HR Analyst / Compensation & Benefits professional to join this small operation in East London.This is a varied role that will be heavily involved with dealing with a complex staff transition due to part of the business recently being sold.Of you have the CIPD then this preferred.  In addition, SAP experience is essential so that SAP reports delivered as required by HR/Pensions/Accounts, as the ability to be able to provide administrative support to the HR leadership team.Responsibilities would include being responsible for compensation and benefits data and information to reduce costs and improve the delivery of existing programs.  In addition, experience liaising, negotiating with and managing 3rd party providers, suppliers and vendors will be hugely beneficial as you will be required to manage the negotiation and agreements with providers such as Healthcare cover and Company Cars & manage ongoing brokerage relationships .There is a possibility of this contract being extended too, so if you have an  excellent knowledge of Compensation & Benefits issues and are available to commit to a 6 month contract that offers a challenge and variety then this could be the opportunity for you!
