My client a leading organisation has a requirement for a Head of Reward, Payroll & Information Systems to join their organisation based in Leeds.
This role requires candidates who have widespread knowledge of all pensions and reward. This role is heavily focussed towards payroll therefore candidates must have an understanding of the full payroll life cycle and have in-depth Tax knowledge. Candidates must also have experience of creating complex management information including external benchmarking, experience of developing and implementing HRIS and project management and budget management experience.
The main aspect of the role will be to develop and implement reward systems in accordance with HR Strategy objectives and be responsible for the strategic development of all HR systems.
If you possess any payroll related qualifications this will be highly advantageous however not essential.
