A new position has arisen for a highly experienced payroll management professional with financial services experience to lead and manage a multi-global payroll for this leading investment bank.
This is very much a strategic operational position that will be overseeing the payroll and control function with 4 direct reports and a team of 20 staff, you will be responsible for ensuring payroll compliance, managing 3rd party vendors and taking management responsibility for bonus processes. Candidates should be IPP qualified and have managed payrolls with in excess of 8000 employees within a financial services environment. SAP experience is also highly preferential.
