My client based in West Sussex is currently seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager.
The purpose of the role is to design, develop and implement Global Comp and Bens strategies and programmes.
With a minimum of 8 years Compensation and Benefits experience you must able to demonstrate excellent communication and management skills and possess the ability to influence at senior management level. The CIPD qualification is essential for this role.
You will be tasked to develop reward tools to retain staff, develop and challenge the cost effective nature of benefit provision, oversee the global HRIS system and identify best practice strategies and programmes from consideration.
Other tasks include recommending actions for Comp and Bens adjustments, reviewing the international benefits, bonus and salary review plans, develop appropriate reward systems and management of new/changes to benefits, payroll and compensation plans.
