Responsibilities The Global Payroll and Benefits Operations Specialist will serve as a country/regional presence to support our Global Payroll and Benefits administration. The Operations Specialist will provide domain expertise and support in a collaborative manner with the US Global Payroll and Benefits team as well as provide Payroll and Benefits information and administrative support to our associates and suppliers in country. Additionally the Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting in managing relationships, facilitation of meetings and providing country and regional expertise on regulatory, industry and best practices approach to Payroll and Benefits. Responsibilities will also include presentations to associates and others as required.   Minimum Qualifications§ Bilingual in English and French and another European Language is a plus (German or Spanish)§ Previous experience in Payroll or Benefits Administration§ Works independently but functions as part of a bigger Global team§ Educational certificate in related field and/or equivalent office management/professional experience.§ Ability to clearly communicate information through an appropriate method, reads and interprets complex information; talks with clients and listens well.§ Follows detailed procedures and ensures accuracy in documentation and data § Ability to deal with ambiguity § Strong organizational skills and attention to detail § Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suiteo Proven experience with analytical tools such as spreadsheets and word processing o Prolonged use of a computer § Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed especially during peak periods. Responsibilities

 

The Global Payroll and Benefits Operations Specialist will serve as a country/regional presence to support our Global Payroll and Benefits administration.
