The role will involve coordinating the HR compensation and benefits activities for the groups EMEA regions. This will encompass salary reviews, salary management and job evaluations. This post will act as the lead on - benefit provision, benchmarking on core benefits and C&B related projects. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate previous experience of reward gained in an operational compensation and benefits position. Essential areas of experience include - salary reviews, job evaluations and voluntary benefits packages. Language skills in a European language other than English would be highly desirable. This is a highly professional global business that offers excellent development, coaching and career opportunities. In addition the role may involve some travel to Europe and the US.
