The role will take the lead for MM Operations on information security, ISO27001, ISO9001, business continuity, health and safety and SOC1 controls and is pivotal ensuring that the MM Operation runs smoothly with compliance at its heart, simply as a way of life. Job Purpose: Reporting into the COO for Operations this role will provide the strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of quality and compliance. Establish and maintain a standard quality and compliance assurance framework for MM Operations. To work with the payroll and HR teams to ensure service excellence and quality assurance through a regular programme of audit, monitoring and training. Working as an ambassador for compliance within Operations support the Service Delivery Directors, Centre Managers and their teams to embed compliance as a way of life and ensure the steps and controls are in place to monitor our adherence to all compliance standards. Maintain & obtain data required for compliance reporting which may include information required to measure audit activity, compliance at a centre level and customer quality assurance. Act as the company nominated representative at select customer meetings centred on quality and compliance. Working with the SDD’s and Centre Managers, achieve the roll-out (including recruitment, training and performance management of external verifiers, and the provision of guidance on resolving issues) of SOC1, ISO27001, ISO9001 quality standards (and any other such standards which may be adopted). Monitor and develop the effectiveness of policies and procedures, actively communicating changes so that professional standards are maintained and enhanced within MM Operations. Develop and maintain a communications plan to engage all employees in our ways of working and approach to quality and compliance. Skills and Experience: Essential: Risk management, audit, quality assurance experience. Experience working with ISO Standards (specifically ISO27001, ISO9001 and ISO22301). Experience of working in a high volume high demand BPO type business where compliance and quality are critical foundations for the business. Experience of business continuity management systems and disaster recovery practices. Excellence communication skills (internally and externally). Ability to coach and guide stakeholders and team members on quality and compliance activities. Can build relationships and influence stakeholders. Can make decisions without guidance. Desirable: A working knowledge of the Outsourcing business. Payroll and HR experience. Technical knowledge of HR and Payroll systems.
