My client a leading organisation has a requirement for a Comp & Benefits Analyst to join their organisation based in Berkshire.
This role requires candidates with at least 5 years Benefits experience and ideally International experience however this is not essential. The position will involve benchmarking roles and the appropriate salaries and benefits for all countries in the assigned portfolio. You will also process benefits invoices, handle employee queries and upload data into. Advanced Excel skills are a must.
