We will hold uniquely positive relationships with our customers that make us the most trusted financial organisation and being the most recommended provider in each of our chosen markets will tell us when we've been successful.We have an exciting Permanent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join theGroup Technology and Change department in Wilmslow.The main purpose is to take ownership and responsibility for shaping the bigger picture through to delivering the detailed business designs, processes and functionality that support the business needs to the agreed time-scales and quality.Agile and iterative approach to requirement elicitation with focus on increased quality, higher productivity, improved stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, with faster time to market of solutions.Responsibilities:Take full ownership of end to end Process mapping, design and documentation.Liaise with a wide variety of Senior stakeholders/Management to define their requirements.Use varied Requirements elicitation techniques to fully scope the needs of the organisation.Take full ownership or own workload and work independently on multiple different projectsIdentify areas for process improvement, and respond accordingly.Ensure requirements are appropriately challenged with the benefits and success criteria agreed and signed off by the business stakeholders.Work collaboratively within project to ensure solution is clear and development meets business requirements.Support the delivery of successful projects within RLG's End2End methodologyManaging risk where requiredSkills, Qualifications & Experience:Previous BA experience is essentialExperience working on HR Transformation projects is idealExcellent communication skills are essentialKnowledge of BPMN processes and tools would be advantageousStrong Stakeholder management skills are neededThe ability to work independently and support the project stakeholders where neededProcess mapping, design and documentation are essentialRequirements elicitation, documentationTo apply, please use the 'Apply Online' link below.For any further queries regarding the role, please contact Kingsley Clavin (see below)
