A new 6 month maternity contract has arisen for someone to assist with the introduction of new e-learning technology across the firm.
In this position you will be involved with the planning and coordination of the departmental legal training programs, designing and writing bespoke training material t be converted into e-learning formats and evaluating the effectiveness of the existing trainee programs. Other responsibilities would include delivering internal training, identifying opportunities for cross departmental training as well as producing reports and monitoring budget training expenditure. If you have legal sector experience coupled with experience of working with e-learning technology within an L&D capacity then this could be the opportunity for you!
